Log in to your account and go to:

My Account → Subscriptions → Manage or cancel Membership

Choose:

Cancel my renewal – don’t auto-renew

You’ll be asked to select your reason and provide a short explanation.

Once submitted, your request is sent to the CMA Membership team for processing. Your Membership remains active until the relevant anniversary or renewal date.
