Your annual payment covers your full 12-month Membership period.

Your Membership will normally remain active until the end of the Membership period you have already paid for, even if you request that it does not renew.

If you believe you have exceptional circumstances that require your Membership to end immediately, please use the immediate cancellation request process so the Membership team can review your circumstances.
