The CMA was established in 1993 to promote ethical, professional complementary medicine, to protect the rights of all professionals in this field and to ensure that the public and medical profession have access to effective, compassionate healthcare.

From the very beginning of my career in this field, I realised that there was a need for an organisation to exist that genuinely supported practitioners and training schools. The CMA was born in 1993 and gets stronger every year – thanks to our incredible Team and our treasured Members in all categories from every continent. On a personal level, I’m passionate about helping Practitioners and Training Schools to succeed in this challenging but exciting sector – I even based my MSc dissertation on this topic and will focus my Doctorate on it too.
Jayney is the recipient of the CAMexpo Award for Outstanding Contribution to Complementary Medicine, she is Honorary International Advisor for Complementary Medicine for the Kingdom of Nepal, consulted for the USA’s White House Commission on Complementary & Integrative Medicine Helping the U.S. government to ratify standards in natural healthcare across all 50 States. She has also worked in the UK to set the National Occupational Standards (NOS) across many complementary medical disciplines.

Angie is our Business Development Consultant, with almost 30 years in the field of complementary medicine. She is a Wellbeing Expert, Holistic Business Mentor, Homeopathic Consultant, Shamanic Healer, Metaphysical Counsellor, Training School Principal and Ceremonialist. She specialises in maximising your potential and bringing authenticity into your work. Her profound, highly regarded and effective transformational approach offers you the opportunity to access tools and processes which enable you grow with true confidence.
CMA Membership Secretary
Andrea is The CMA Secretary, she helps and supports Members and enjoys being the first point of contact. Her aim to assist in any way possible to ensure that all Members have a seamless journey. She also loves to work alongside the amazing CMA Team with projects and objectives. With a background of many years in Dental Practice Management, Andrea has experience in patient management and support.
DC, PhD CMA Health Science and Research Advisor
Dr Frank is a Chiropractic Physician, he achieved a PHD Neuro-endocrinology and cell biology at the prestigious Emory Medical School. He was also formerly an Adjunct Professor at The Health Science Center of the University of Texas School of Medicine and a past member of the renowned Brookdale Fellowship in Gerontology and Ageing. Dr. Frank bridges the gap between conventional science and complementary medicine.

Luke Goddard is an experienced, dynamic entrepreneur and licensed aerobatic pilot with a passion for adventure, health optimisation, and strategic business growth. He has a background in sales leadership and a hands-on approach to innovation, Luke combines analytical thinking with a zest for life – both in the boardroom and the skies. He’s the co-founder of multiple successful ventures, including wellness and property businesses, and he is excited to share this growth expertise with CMA Members.

Although Jill is ‘officially retired’, she still supports The CMA as a sounding board for developments and new directions. She has always enjoyed working on The CMA expo stands over the years and loves to see the way that The CMA is growing and going from strength to strength.

With over 12 years in digital marketing, a background in ads management, and a BA in Philosophy, she combines strategic thinking with a flair for innovation. Beyond work, Emily co-runs a small animal rescue and enjoys life surrounded by four-legged friends, always bringing heart and imagination to everything she does.
