I’m Courtney and I’m a reiki master and teacher. I first qualified in July 2020 and my passion for reiki has continued to grow since then.
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine that promotes healing. It is administered by a practitioner through hands-on healing. Reiki has many benefits including stress reduction and relaxation. It helps relieve pain, and balances the mind and emotions.

I am based at the Happy Body Project in Wilstead, Bedfordshire. I can be mobile and do home visits locally, if necessary. I run a monthly reiki share; all levels of practitioner welcome. I work with a cancer foundation called Above and Beyond; I volunteer at their regular health and wellbeing days and offer reiki healing to their patients. I like sharing my passion for reiki with the community at festivals and events.

Courtney quite literally changed my life; I was the ultimate cynic and nay sayer but my first session was a relaxed introduction into something quite different from anything that I had ever experienced.
If you have the slightest inclination towards this form of therapy please grasp it with an open mind.
