Hi, I’m Angela and I run Starling Holistic. I’m an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist  and I offer a range of luxurious Ayurvedic massage treatments to help you feel and look great.

I have always had a passion for health and wellness, and know the body and brain are deeply connected. I experienced the transformational power of Ayurvedic treatments myself while working in a high-pressure business career, and decided to retrain as an Ayurvedic therapist to help others cope with the stress they were dealing with.

I qualified as an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist from the Ayurveda Institute in 2017, and prior to that I was attuned through the Japanese Usui System of Reiki in 2006. I am passionate about positive changes in people’s wellbeing and, having seen the results clients experience, I really love what I do.

I have a peaceful therapy room in Arborfield, just outside of Reading, with close links to the M3 and M4 motorways – a safe, supportive space where people can come to relax. My nurturing touch and caring approach offer a sense of calm and wellbeing, a time to be cherished as life can be so hectic.

Each client is an individual, therefore I treat the whole person, not just parts of the body. My aim is not just to massage away physical pain, I am interested in helping to restore balance in your body, mind and spirit as well.

I have a valid First Aid certificate, I am a member of the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals UK, and am fully insured with Balens.
