Your request is recorded and sent to the Membership team.

Cancelling your renewal does not immediately remove your Membership. You will continue to receive your Membership benefits and retain your CMA status until the end of your current Membership period.

The team will process the request and your Membership will then end at the appropriate anniversary date rather than renewing for another period.
