I began my journey studying Psychology at the University of Michigan–Dearborn, but gradually realized that the traditional field often stops at surface-level explanations. Human beings are far more complex than diagnostic categories and standardized interventions. That realization led me to pursue my own path of independent academia—immersing myself in research, cross‑disciplinary study, and lived observation to understand the deeper architecture of human behavior.
My practice is built on the belief that “undesirable” traits and symptoms are actually signals or raw strengths, and I lean into that to help my clients cultivate and refine these traits into something powerful, productive, and aligned with their values; and or gently lay them to rest and replace them with healthier, more adaptive patterns. Every person’s path is different, which is why I design highly individualized plans that honor each client’s personality, history, strengths, vulnerabilities, environments, and aspirations.
My work is ideal for those who are seeking a deeper, more nuanced understanding of themselves. If you’re ready for a process that is analytical, intuitive, and tailored entirely to who you are, I would be honored to guide you through your next evolution.
