Tasneem Choucair is a certified Life and Menopause Coach specialising in supporting women through midlife transitions, career change, wellbeing challenges and the emotional and hormonal shifts of menopause. Her work is grounded in compassion, lived experience and a deep understanding of the physical, psychological and lifestyle changes women face before, during and after menopause.
Drawing on a lifelong connection to wellbeing—shaped by growing up in her family’s health‑focused business—Tasneem brings a warm, human approach to coaching. Her personal journey through major life transitions, including single motherhood, career shifts, cancer, mental health challenges and menopause, allows her to offer clients not just guidance, but genuine understanding.
Tasneem creates a safe, judgment‑free space where women can explore their goals, rebuild confidence, and gain clarity about their next chapter. Her coaching blends emotional support with practical tools to help clients navigate change, redefine their direction and step into a more fulfilling, aligned life.
She holds a Life Coaching Diploma (trained with Rebecca Lockwood, accredited by the CMA) and Menopause Coaching Training (Efficientcoach.com), accredited by CMA, IPHM and CPD. She has also completed additional studies in Women’s Health, Psychology around the World and the Three Principles of Coaching through The Open University.
Tasneem’s practice centres on empowering women to feel seen, supported and capable of creating meaningful change—no matter what stage of midlife they are in.
