Recently founded Blue Rose Holistic Counselling, having successfully qualified as a Spiritual Counsellor / Holistic Counsellor, offering a confidential counselling space which includes energetic and healing interventions such as EFT, NLP, Parts Work, basic Hypnotherapy.  Undertaking deeper energetic readings such as Soul Plan, 9 Star Ki or Tarot.  Some sessions may also include Reiki and/or Shamanic healings.  
 
Prior to this I ran a Shamanic Reiki Practice for eight years including 1-2-1’s, Shamanic Workshops and Mentoring programs, Reiki Attunements and Empowerments.  Alongside this I also work with crystals, Bach Flower Remedies, tree and plant meditations and journeys (non-phsychoactive).  
 
I came to this work after my own spiritual awakening in 2006 which opened me to higher energies but also resulted in a near classic shamanic type sickness.  First training was in Core Shamanism and Taoist philosophies in Somerset UK, this included geomancy and space clearing passing out as a Shamanic Practitioner in 2010.  Since then I have gone on to study with an Ecuadorian Shaman and other plant and tree shaman and is an Ovate.  Trained as a Crystal and Meditation Practitioner in 2014; attuned as a Reiki Drummer in 2016 and Reiki Master Teacher in 2017.

I work on line and offer regular in person therapy sessions from Neal’s Yard Remedies in St Albans on a Wednesday.
 
In summary: “I was brought to this work in many ways by ‘accident’, although when I look back the foundation was there even as a child.  My motivation is to bring people into connection with their own inate wisdom and purpose.  To work in harmony with the natural rhythms of nature and to help people flourish as loving authentic beings on this beautiful planet”.
