About Me
I’m an Integrative Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner with a special interest in ADHD. I bring more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals, teams and organisations through change. My approach is calm, compassionate, and practical — shaped as much by lived experience as by training. I don’t meet people as problems to be fixed, but as human beings with potential waiting to be uncovered.
How I Work
I offer a gentle, grounded space where awareness becomes the starting point for change. We explore challenges together — whether rooted in ADHD, stress, burnout, life transitions, or old patterns that are ready to loosen — and we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My background in mindfulness, NLP, hypnotherapy, counselling, and coaching — coupled with experience of working within mental health crisis and recovery — allows me to draw from a range of evidence-informed approaches, always tailored to the person in front of me.
My Philosophy
Much of my work is shaped by the belief that awareness changes everything. When we can see our patterns, we can soften them. When we can pause — that moment between breaths — we find clarity. I aim to help people reconnect with their inner steadiness, develop self-understanding, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.

A Little About My Own Journey
I came into this work the long way around — through decades of community, mental health, and coaching roles, and my own late diagnosis of ADHD with autistic traits. Mindfulness has been a steadying companion throughout, helping me meet myself with more compassion and clarity. This lived experience is at the heart of how I show up for others.
