I am a Certified Forest Therapy Practitioner and former countryside ranger, with a lifelong love of nature and an understanding of psychology and therapeutic coaching.
After many years of working outdoors, I discovered the value of experiencing nature in a different way – slowing down, rather than always doing.
I now guide gentle Forest Therapy experiences that offer space to pause, explore through the senses and reconnect with ourselves and the natural world.
Choice is at the heart of the way I guide. There is no wrong way to follow the invitations I offer, and no expectation to achieve anything. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where people can follow their curiosity, notice what feels right for them and simply be for a while.
