ADHD Coaching for Adults Who Want Life to Feel More Manageable
Do you know what you need to do, but struggle to actually get started, stay organised or follow things through?
I help adults with ADHD and neurodivergent thinking who feel overwhelmed by everyday life, work, time management and competing demands. Together, we turn the things that feel difficult into practical strategies and systems that work with your brain, rather than against it.
Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed, are waiting for an assessment, or simply recognise yourself in ADHD traits, coaching can help you understand what’s getting in your way and find practical ways forward.
My approach is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming and focused on useful, sustainable change — without shame, judgement or trying to make you fit into systems that weren’t designed for you.
I’m a Certified ADHD Coach, CMA registered member and former primary school teacher, with professional experience supporting people with different learning and executive-function needs.
My journey into ADHD coaching began through my work as a primary school teacher, where I saw first-hand how differently people can learn, organise themselves, manage emotions and approach everyday demands.
That experience led me to specialise in ADHD and executive-function coaching for adults — particularly those who have spent years feeling that they should be able to manage things that seem much harder for them than for everyone else.
I now combine my professional experience, ADHD coaching training and complementary health training to provide practical, individualised support.
My coaching is not about fixing you or teaching you to work harder. It’s about understanding how your brain works, what is getting in your way and what could make life easier.
We focus on realistic changes that fit your strengths, energy, responsibilities and values — so that the strategies you develop are ones you can actually use in everyday life.
Trained within complementary medicine frameworks (aligned with bodies like the CMA/CNMA), I go beyond mindset hacks. We co-create custom systems for focus, emotional regulation, planning, and self-advocacy—honouring your sensory needs, energy, and whole-person wellbeing. Online sessions mean flexible access nationwide from my Canterbury base.
I combine practical ADHD coaching with the perspective of a former teacher, helping you turn understanding into action.
My coaching is:
Practical — We work on the things that are actually affecting your day-to-day life, from time management and planning to starting tasks and following through.
Individual — There is no one-size-fits-all ADHD system. We build strategies around your brain, your life and your priorities.
Strengths-based — ADHD isn’t simply a list of difficulties. We identify your strengths and find ways to use them to your advantage.
Non-judgemental — You don’t need to arrive organised, motivated or with everything figured out. That’s what we’re working on together.
Action-focused — You’ll leave sessions with practical next steps rather than simply talking about what isn’t working.
