I am a whole-person health practitioner with a background in nursing, therapeutic and nature-based approaches to wellbeing.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that health is rarely about one thing. Nutrition, lifestyle, stress, our environment, our relationships with ourselves and our connection with nature can all influence how we feel and function.
I am currently continuing my professional training in Naturopathic Nutrition, Naturopathy and Health Coaching, building on my existing qualifications in nursing, counselling skills, forest therapy, forest bathing and therapeutic outdoor practice.
I believe support should fit the person rather than asking the person to fit a prescribed approach. My aim is to help people better understand their health, explore realistic and sustainable changes, and find approaches that work within their individual lives.
My work is compassionate, collaborative and evidence-informed, with a strong respect for individuality and the connection between physical, emotional and environmental wellbeing.
Health is more than one thing, because we are more than one thing.
