Hi, and a warm welcome to you – my name is Pat. Now in my mid 50’s, I have been a spiritual seeker most of my life, and have 2 decades of experience working with sound therapy and 3 decades in energy work & teaching/training. I have studied with some incredible teachers, including Reiki I & II with Stella Chenery, learning the medicine drum and shamanic practice under the tutelage of Steven Ash for many years, and studying the gong with Aidan McIntyre & the Grand Gongmaster, Don Conreaux.

I run the Eagle Spirit School of Sacred Sound and offer a variety of CMA-accredited training workshops in sound therapy, specifically with the gong and shamanic medicine drum.

I love to share my knowledge, built over decades of study and practice. My learning style is calm and compassionate – teaching is my soul work, and I learn when I teach.

I have many years of experience birthing shamanic medicine drums and rattles and running workshops, being also a qualified Lifelong Learning Tutor.
