Hi, I’m Parm Dlay an Ayurveda lifestyle & nutritionist coach, professional chef, reiki healer based in Bristol and Bath, UK.
I specialise in supporting my clients to develop a lifestyle that is aligned with their values.
My approach is a series of natural remedies consisting of food, herbs and spices to bring your health back on track. We will discuss your mental health as well as your physical health, we will work together to reduce stress and flexibility in the mind and body.
As a trained chef, I will evaluate your Ayurvedic dosha combination and will share recipes that align with you, the recipes are designed specifically to be simple and easy for you to prepare at home. As part of your package, I will also offer simple cooking and lifestyle tips.
We will also map out seasonal changes you need to make to your diet. So that you are prepared for each season of the year, with digested seasonal food you’ll be living by the natural rhythms of nature.
Using Ayurveda we will look at the seasonal changes and how this affects your mind and body, we will then look at changing your diet to reflect changes your body requires.
