My name is Morven but my friends know me as Nym.  I am a qualified and insured Yoga Nidra Teacher, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (EFT/TFT) Practitioner, Meditation Teacher and Celtic Reiki Master who is registered with the Complementary Medical Association.

I am fortunate enough to live in the beautiful location of very rural West Dorset where I  have spent many years dedicated to learning and developing my skills in order to help others achieve and maintain balance and harmony within their lives.

We live in such a busy world which can be exceptionally draining on our minds.  In turn, this can have a negative impact on our spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.

The practices of Yoga Nidra, meditation and EFT/TFT help to re-balance and regulate these aspects and can, with regular practice have a profoundly positive effect on every aspect of our lives.

When complimented with a practice such as Celtic Reiki you are creating the perfect recipe for a balanced, productive and harmonious way of life.

I look foward to guiding you as you travel through your beautiful, empowering journey of self-discovery.
