I’m Michelle, a certified meditation teacher based near Chester, England. I am also a registered and practising NHS nurse with 20 years experience. I offer relaxed and informal guided meditation classes face-to-face, with online classes coming soon. My meditations are often focused around nature and the changing of the seasons, helping to ground and enable deeper connection. I also offer one-to-one coaching, small group classes and corporate sessions. Aromatherapy, music and ambient lighting is used in classes to aid a deeper practice, along with the use of various mantras and silence. I credit meditation with strengthening my own mental and physical health, and truly believe in the benefits to mind and body health.
