As a practical nutrition coach I help people on their journey to making healthier food choices, bridging the gap between someone’s desire to be healthy and actually being healthy. I provide an individually designed plan with recipes and shopping lists using a holistic approach that fits in with their life.
I also run wellness retreats focussing on the Eat, Move, Recover model using our base in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park we provide a Nordic Spa Experience based in nature.
At the wellness centre we also offer plant based cookery courses for small groups of up to 8.
We deliver healthy nutrition workshops to Corporates, Schools and other interest groups either online or at a venue of your choice
