I have completed  several years of training in Systemic Counselling, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Relaxation Training and have worked with private and corporate clients in the UK and abroad. In addition  to the classic Practicing Relaxation Methods, “Progressive Muscle Relaxation” and “Autogenic Training”, I also offer “Guided Affective Imaging “, an imaginative method of psychotherapy which is well-founded in psychology, Hypnotherapy, and other psychotherapeutic interventions such as “Cognitive Behavioural Therapy” (CBT).

Self-realization, truthfulness, and the courage to expand consciousness are the goals of my work.

My therapeutic work is based on a holistic view of the human being. Seeing people always in their unique social context, whereby the individual emotional experience in the “here and now” is given a special value.
