Hi, I’m Lisa. I am a Reiki practitioner and have been working with Reiki for over 20 years.

Reiki, which literally translates to “Universal Energy,” is based on the understanding that everything is made up of energy. It is a deeply calming and restorative practice that aims to bring balance to the recipient’s energy system. My background in psychology brings a grounded, practical approach, through which I recognise energy as one of several influences on human thought and behaviour.

By encouraging a natural, unrestricted flow of energy throughout the body, Reiki can promote harmony across all aspects of life – mind, body, emotions, and spirit. This harmony helps the body manage various types of stress, supporting its natural ability to heal.

Universal Energy is often described as subtle because the body responds to it at its own pace, initiating change when it is both physiologically and energetically ready. As a result, the effects may be gentle and not immediately noticeable. Many find that even a single session can initiate a sense of balance and calm, with the positive impact on well-being becoming apparent afterward.

In addition to Reiki, I offer mentoring, as I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can learn to sense and understand how energy flows in their life. By integrating Reiki into a framework of spiritual life coaching, I create a calming and supportive space – one where you can reconnect with your inner wisdom. It offers the opportunity to reflect and gain clarity on the different areas of your life, including your beliefs, values, passions, and aspirations. You can tune into your energy and connect with your intuitive self, allowing you to discover and deepen that connection at your own pace.
