Kelly Simpson ~ Solutions Focused Therapist

Welcome, I’m Kelly — a professional, qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist dedicated to helping people overcome challenges and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My Approach

My work is rooted in Mindfulness-Based Clinical Hypnosis, a unique and powerful approach that combines solution focused therapy, modern psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, and clinical hypnosis. This integrative method helps clients move away from unhelpful thought patterns, reduce stress, and reconnect with a calmer, more balanced state of mind.

By blending mindfulness with hypnosis and solution focused strategies, I help clients not only manage symptoms but also build lasting inner resources. Alongside this, I draw on NLP techniques to shift limiting beliefs and MBCT practices to support long-term resilience and emotional wellbeing.

We concentrate on your strengths and the positive changes you want to achieve — empowering you to take practical steps toward the future you want.

I regularly help clients manage and overcome:

Anxiety, stress, and low mood

Phobias and intrusive thoughts

Obsessive behaviours and destructive habits

Performance anxiety (work, sports, exams, public speaking)

Traumatic stress and sleep difficulties

Lifestyle changes and personal growth

I believe that everyone has the capacity for positive change. My role is to guide you in unlocking that potential so you can live with greater calm, clarity, and confidence.

I welcome adults, teenagers, and young people to my private practice in Staffordshire. Sessions provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and take positive steps forward.

I also welcome digital therapy and group sessions.
