All sessions are available online via Zoom – accessible from anywhere in the world. Clients can choose from self-guided audio experiences they return to anytime, personalised 1:1 sessions with Kelly, live group Sanctuary journeys, or full Mental Health Spa Days. Every format is designed to be genuinely accessible, whether you cannot leave home, prefer to heal at your own pace, or are simply ready for a deeper level of care.
The method behind every session is The Healing Triangle — Kelly’s unique framework in which three aspects of self are activated simultaneously: The Witness, The Healer, and The Receiver. Where most approaches reach only one, this reaches all three at once. Every session is also guided by The Four Keys Compass — Awareness, Patience, Truth, Alleviation — which identifies exactly what each client needs and in what order.
Kelly Kithambo is a creative artist and entrepreneur, accredited hypnotherapy practitioner, counselling skills diploma holder, Award in Education and training educator, and author of A Journey To Healing, a personal recovery guide.
