A bowls and gongs sound therapist, sacred drumming practitioner, person centred creative art practitioner, sensorimotor guided drawing practitioner, nature worker, yoga, shakti yoga dance instructor and tutor at the College of Sound Healing.
Kay has worked in mainstream education for 17 years, as both teacher and senior leader. Delivering Design and Technology and Engineering to secondary school students, training teachers and leading departments/collaborative consortiums. Her aim being to support others to reach their full potential and empower responsible, sustainable design.
Kay decided to extend her training to fully encompass her love of nature, creativity, sound healing and movement for wellness.
Following her own experiences with cancer, she works with Bedford Hospital and Macmillan to support other patients by facilitating their HOPE course, whilst supporting a local charity with therapeutic work for patients and carers.
Based in a private studio in Bedfordshire, Kay offers a range of in person and online options, tailored to your individual needs.
