I’m a Reiki and Seichem teacher, energy psychology geek, HighScope trainer, PSYCH-K®, Family Constellations, and Innerdance facilitator, Trauma Sensitive Somatic EFT, SoulShift, and Modern Ayurveda practitioner, and intuitive card reader and mentor.

I have a background in child, family and adult learning, and love the synergy of Soul and Science, of ancient wisdom, and deep remembering of our humanness for the challenging times we live in now.

I began The Elevation Experiment in 2022, a sanctuary for free-spirited souls, a conscious clan exploring what it really means to flourish and live in freedom. The recognition that maybe the key to elevating isn’t about doing it all alone; maybe it’s about connection, tribing up, seeing the humour in being gloriously, messily human. Having sanctuary. Feeling safe, seen, and supported enough to keep choosing the path we truly want.

Knowing when to allow, accept, acknowledge, honour, integrate, or overcome – that’s where our real power lives. Because here’s the truth: we ARE nature. When we reconnect to the natural rhythms of life, we stop resisting change and start flowing with it.

We CONNECT to soul, source, purpose, and each other, and suddenly we feel safe to create. And when we CREATE, we come alive. We contribute. We matter. When we move as a collective, our frequency amplifies, and we ELEVATE together.
