Reiki is a hands-on healing technique for balancing the body’s energies and harnessing the body’s ability to heal itself from within. Reiki assists the healing of both emotional and physical pain and works alongside traditional medicine. Reiki really relaxes the body and assists in the healing of anxiety, depression, and stress.
What can I expect to feel during a healing session? Reiki healing sessions promote a deep feeling of relaxation. This deep relaxation is what is required for the body to heal. By creating this feeling, the body can begin the healing process. You may feel heavy, or light during a session. You may also experience tingling, heat, cold or maybe nothing at all, you may even fall asleep! Whatever your experience, rest assured that Reiki will be working. I will also give you meditations and other tools, to use at home to manage your condition between sessions, as well as in the long term.
