She works mainly with midlife women, mindfulness practitioners, and coaches. Her unique courses and coaching integrate mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Training). Her latest course, Mindful Journalling with ACT, was run in collaboration with bestselling mindfulness author and teacher, Shamash Alidina.
Jacqueline is the author of Mindful Journalling In Action, and a co-author of Mindfulness for Transformation.
