I’m Helen Gullick, a Reiki Master Teacher based on the beautiful shores of Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

As an International Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Angel Reiki Master, and Advanced Crystal Therapy Healer, I work intuitively to support my clients’ overall well-being by gently restoring balance to the body’s natural energy flow. My unique approach weaves together the wisdom of two Reiki lineages with the vibrational support of crystals, creating a deeply nurturing and personalised healing experience.

Rooted in a lifelong journey of learning, my practice blends intuitive, soul-aligned energy work with grounded guidance. Whether you’re seeking peace, clarity, or deep energetic renewal, our time together is held with care and guided by the highest intention for your healing.

Alongside one-to-one sessions, I also offer Reiki 1 – Shoden training. This immersive 2 day course will introduce you to the foundations of the Usui System of Reiki Healing, combining the wisdom of both Eastern (Usui Reiki Ryōhō) and Western (Usui Shiki Ryōhō) teachings.

My Manifestation courses integrate Reiki energy and crystal support and are designed to enhance conscious creation, clarity of intention, and aligned action.

Alongside being an International Usui & Angel Reiki Master Teacher, I am also a qualified educator with a BA (QTS) and NASENCO Award from Roehampton University, UK. My Reiki training and other courses are not only heart-led and intuitive – they are professionally structured, inclusive, and deeply supportive of how people truly learn.

I’m also proud to be the Holistic Partner for Tara Rose Salon UAE and a published columnist for Expert Profile Magazine, where I share seasonal, reflective pieces exploring energy, manifestation, and alignment with natural rhythms. Alongside this, I’m a Meditation Teacher on the award-winning platform Insight Timer, where my work reaches a global community.
