I am an Holistic Practitioner that includes Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stones, Colour Therapy, Hopi Ear Candling, Shadow work with Jungian Therapy, Advanced Crystal Therapy. I am a Sekhem Reiki Master Teacher and have also trained in the Celtic Shamanic Tradition.
I am a Mental Health First Aider and a Youth Mental Health First Aider with Counselling Skills, Autism Awareness and Epilepsy Awareness.
