Fiona is an integrative psychotherapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and co-founder of Re-younify.
She supports new mums who are navigating the emotional, physical, and identity shifts of early motherhood, especially those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, lonely, or unsure how to care for themselves while caring for their baby. Her work is grounded in warmth, steadiness, and deep respect for each mother’s lived experience.
Fiona helps women feel less alone and more supported as they reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous system, and build a more compassionate relationship with the parts of them that may feel stretched, exhausted, or unseen.
Fiona offers two supportive pathways for new mums. The Complete Resilient Mother is personalised 1:1 therapy for mothers who want deeper therapeutic support, space to process what they are carrying, and a steady relationship in which to explore motherhood, trauma, identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
The Digital Sanctuary is an online community and private community app where new mums can access weekly practices, therapeutic reflections, nervous-system tools, and gentle community support in a way that feels accessible and realistic during early motherhood. Because Fiona’s work honours whole-person healing, the community also includes gentle nutrition tips and reflections as an additional layer of support, helping mothers care for themselves in small, realistic ways alongside the emotional and body-based practices.
Her wider approach brings together integrative psychotherapy, trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive yoga, polyvagal-informed practice, EFT, IFS and parts work, restorative and somatic yoga, Kundalini yoga, women’s trauma training, sex and couples work, postpartum yoga training, and nutrition-informed support. Fiona is also currently completing her 300-hour YogaRenew training.
Through weekly practices, reflective prompts, grounding tools, community connection, nutrition-informed resources, and 1:1 therapeutic sessions, Fiona supports mothers to feel steadier, more connected to themselves, and better able to navigate the emotional intensity of motherhood with softness, clarity, and support.
