As a certified hypnotherapy practitioner, qualified A&E nurse, and yoga teacher, I will help you achieve balance, relaxation, and calmness in your life with Solution Focused Therapy for Stress and Anxiety. I offer a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, breathwork, meditation, and yoga to help you combat stress and anxiety, allowing you to regain balance in your work and home life and to be in control of your emotions and reactions. Additionally, I utilize techniques such as re-framing the issue, holding solutions, and anchoring the solutions to promote long-term change. Together we will learn how to manage your stress and anxiety so that you can have more peace, confidence, and well-being at both work and home. Having qualified as a certified hypnotherapist through the Ali Campbell Training Academy and the Dave Elman Hypnotherapy Institute I am registered with the Complimentary Medical Association. I completed my basic and advanced yoga teacher training through Yoga with Lucy which is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and continue to study to improve the quality of care I offer my clients. I also hold level 2 certification in Nutrition and Health, and Counselling Skills in order to offer you a tailor-made program to meet your needs.
