Turning Lived Experience into Meaningful Support
My journey into coaching is deeply rooted in lived experience with neurodiversity. I understand first-hand the challenges that can come with navigating a world that isn't always designed for neurodivergent minds. But I also know the incredible strengths, creativity, resilience, and unique perspectives that neurodivergent individuals bring.
My mission is simple: to help create a world that is more understanding, compassionate, kind, and inclusive. I believe that everyone deserves to feel accepted, valued, and empowered to thrive without feeling the need to hide who they are.
Through strengths-based, neuro-affirming coaching, I support neurodivergent individuals to better understand themselves, embrace their differences, and develop practical strategies that work with their brain—not against it. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, because every individual is unique.
My work focuses on supporting clients in areas such as:
Executive Function & Practical Strategies – Breaking down overwhelming tasks, creating manageable routines, improving time management, prioritisation, and developing sustainable systems that fit each person's unique way of thinking.
Focus & Habit Building – Designing personalised strategies that support consistency without relying on unrealistic expectations or generic productivity advice.
Identity & Emotional Wellbeing – Helping individuals recognise and recover from masking and burnout, build self-acceptance, challenge shame, and see neurodivergence as a difference in wiring rather than a personal deficit.
Workplace, Academic & Social Navigation – Supporting clients to identify their access needs, advocate confidently for reasonable adjustments, navigate communication differences, strengthen relationships, and create environments that reduce sensory overwhelm and promote success.
At the heart of my coaching is the belief that people don't need fixing—they need understanding, the right support, and opportunities to flourish in ways that honour who they are.
I am passionate about empowering neurodivergent individuals to build confidence, recognise their strengths, and create fulfilling lives on their own terms. By combining professional coaching with genuine lived experience, I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to move forward.
Together, we can help build a future where neurodiversity is not simply accepted, but celebrated, and where inclusion, kindness, and understanding become the norm rather than the exception.
