Hello and welcome to my profile, just a little bit about me. 
 
I work within a beautiful Holistic Wellbeing Centre and the wonderful Alice House Hospice In Hartlepool as a Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner and recently part time self employed also with This little light of mine Holistic Care.
I have years of experience working and promoting Holistic Wellbeing within the community using a Mindfulness approach, including various Holistic Therapies including Reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hypnotherapy, Lymphatic drainage, Nutrition and my own developed Deep relaxation therapy. We run Retreats and Creative workshops/ Training to individuals or groups whether it be corporate or community based. 
I also offer RLD an amazing treatment for Lymphoedema, where I cover the North East.
