Yoga Alliance International, also known as “Yoga Alliance International Official” or “Yoga Alliance International Registry,” not to be confused with other entities with similar names, is a globally recognised Yoga Organisation that upholds the highest yoga teacher training and certification standards. As a voluntary registry, it accredits qualified yoga teachers and teacher training programs that meet rigorous standards, ensuring excellence in education and practice.

Founded in 2010 in the UK (this year is proudly celebrating its 15th Anniversary) by a group of world-renowned yogis and visionary entrepreneurs, Yoga Alliance International first expanded into the Australian and New Zealand markets, rapidly becoming the most respected, influential, and largest Yoga Alliance International Division organisation in Oceania and its surrounding regions thanks to its innovative approach and unwavering commitment to high-quality standards. Building on this success, the organisation later relocated its headquarters to the UK while expanding its global reach, including in the U.S. The organisation has continuously refined its brand positioning and is dedicated to staying at the forefront of an evolving yoga landscape worldwide.

A true pioneer in the field of accreditation, Yoga Alliance International Registry Official set a new global benchmark in 2017 by introducing the world’s highest standards in yoga education.
