Thank you for stopping by. My name is Maria and I am the founder of Mindful Connections.

I am delighted to be able to offer you this professional certified training to qualify as a Nature Connection | Forest Bathing Guide that has been accredited by CMA.

This is a hybrid training that is offered via our online training school with regular live online sessions and a 5 day intensive in-person training week. (Should location inhibit you or social circumstances; we are also able to offer this intensive over two weekends live online).

The first part of this training focuses on deepening your own connection as well as providing underpinning knowledge and competencies and then the latter part of the course is all about practice (with lots of practising opportunities) to have the skills and confidence to run your own groups, sessions and communities. Lastly, we will look at the practicalities of what you will need to start running your sessions.

This training will be facilitated on our training hub, trainer central and offer you 6 modules. (approx 1 month each)

Each module has reading, live sessions and practise sessions. Also assignments that are designed to help your practice and will be part of the overall qualification.

At the start of the 5th month there will be a 5 day intensive in person week (accommodation not offered with this) that will be in North Lincolnshire. During this week you will receive further training, lots of practise in woodlands and on the beach and will end with you running a small forest bathing session to volunteer participants.

If you are unable to attend in person due to location or social circumstances, you will be able to access similar practise and learning by attending two weekends, live online.

There will also be a number of case studies for you to complete, as well as the wrap around documentation and a final exam to qualify for this professional certification.

I am only offering one training with a maximum of 12 students each year. This will enable me to provide the focus on you as individuals and help your develop and progress.

The cost is £1100 plus you will need to arrange accommodation (if required), food etc for the intensive week. The other costs involved will be for your outdoor first aid qualification and your insurance.

The next cohort starts in January 17th 2027 with the in person session May 10th – 14th in North Lincolnshire.
