Flower Spirit Academy is a professional training provider specialising in complementary therapies, flower and vibrational essences, Reiki, aromatherapy, mindfulness, meditation, energy-based practices, and holistic wellbeing education.
The organisation was originally established in Hong Kong in 2010 as Flower Spirit Hong Kong (花精靈) by its founder and principal tutor, Arona Lam. Since its establishment, Flower Spirit has provided structured education and practical training in complementary therapies and holistic wellbeing, with particular emphasis on the integration of professional knowledge, practical skills, personal development, and responsible therapeutic practice.
In 2021, Flower Spirit Limited was incorporated in the United Kingdom, and Flower Spirit Academy was subsequently developed as the professional education and training division of the organisation. The Academy currently provides training to students in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the wider international Chinese-speaking community through a combination of face-to-face tuition, live online teaching, pre-recorded learning materials, guided practical work, and independent study.
With more than 16 years of teaching and professional practice, Flower Spirit Academy is committed to providing accessible, structured, and professionally oriented education for students seeking personal development as well as those progressing towards professional practice within the complementary therapy sector.

The majority of the Academy’s programmes are designed specifically for Chinese-speaking students. Teaching is available in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, while written learning materials may be provided in Traditional Chinese and/or Simplified Chinese. This enables students to study international complementary therapy systems in their primary language while maintaining appropriate professional terminology, educational structure, and practitioner standards.
