Hara is a Sound Healer and Shamanic Practitioner, Sacred Drummer, Transpersonal Therapist, Authentic Power Practitioner, Transformational Yoga teacher and Interfaith Minister. She is passionate about reconnection to nature and to Spirit, healing ourselves and our relationship with mother earth, as well as developing psychospiritual wellbeing through sacred sound.
She teach online as well as in person and her my courses are held in sacred ceremony. 

She is also a tutor for the College of Sound Healing. She teaches “Sound Healing with the Voice Practitioner Training”. Independently she also teaches “Sounding the Medicine Wheel”, an eight part Sound Healing course for personal and spiritual development, self healing and holistic wellbeing. This is the course certified by the CMS. Hara is particularly interested in sharing this transformative experiential CPD training with carers, NHS staff, teachers, and anyone whose work is stressful, challenging and involves caring for others. Caring for the Carers is one of the main intentions behind creating this work.

Hara is also an Interfaith Minister, offering sacred ceremonies, and follows where Holy Love leads. Presently she is teaching
Celtic Shamanic Drumming courses and offering Sacred Dance sessions, both on the Wirral in Merseyside. These events bring about deep personal healing as well as teaching many skills for personal growth and development.
