Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wondering what comes next?
Sometimes there isn’t one big problem to solve. You may just know that something in your life isn’t working as well as you’d like it to. Perhaps you’ve lost confidence, you’re facing a change, questioning your direction, or you’ve spent so much time meeting everyone else’s needs that you’ve lost sight of your own.
As a qualified Holistic Life Coach Practitioner, I offer a supportive, confidential space to take stock of where you are now, explore what you really want and work out what needs to change to help you get there.
Holistic coaching means looking at the whole person, rather than treating one part of your life in isolation. Work, relationships, confidence, habits, wellbeing, purpose and the way we feel about ourselves can all influence one another.
My style is warm, practical and straightforward. There is no judgement, no jargon and no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you want. “I just know something needs to change” is a perfectly good place to start.
Together we can explore what matters to you, identify what may be holding you back and turn insight into realistic, achievable action.
Career coaching & interview support
Alongside my holistic coaching qualification, I bring 30 years of corporate experience, which enables me to offer practical career support alongside coaching.
This can be particularly valuable if you’re:
Preparing for an interview or an important presentation
Applying for a new role and want help positioning yourself effectively
Struggling to articulate your experience, strengths or value
Considering a career change
Returning to work after time away
Moving into leadership or taking the next step in your career
Lacking confidence after a setback or unsuccessful application.
Interview support is a particular area of interest. We can work together on likely questions, structure and strengthen your answers, practise delivery and help you walk into the interview feeling prepared, authentic and confident, rather than rehearsed.
I’ve supported clients through the application and interview process and seen them go on to secure the job they wanted.
How I work:
My registered business address is Covent Garden, however my home is now North Wales.
I offer one-to-one coaching online, making sessions accessible wherever you are, with face-to-face coaching in North Wales by arrangement.
All potential clients start with a free 30-minute discovery conversation. It’s simply an opportunity to talk about what you’d like help with, ask questions and decide whether I’m the right coach for you. We then agree an initial coaching plan tailored to your goals including the number and frequency of sessions and the associated cost, so everything is clear before we begin.
As a Member of the Complementary Medical Association (MCMA), I am committed to professional and ethical practice.
