Every person carries their own story in their body, and every nervous system responds in its own way. What calms one person may overwhelm another, so I build every session around you.
Pain, exhaustion, anxiety and stress are often the body’s way of telling us it has been on alert for too long. Real change comes from calming that alarm and getting to the root of what keeps it switched on, not simply pushing through the symptoms.

THERAPEUTIC SOUND – Intentional music, singing bowls, drums and acoustic soundscapes guide the body out of survival mode and into deep rest. Sound works without effort or analysis, so it reaches you even on the days you feel tired, overwhelmed or in pain.
RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT) – A powerful clinical hypnotherapy approach that helps uncover the root of unhelpful patterns, beliefs and emotional blocks, and reframe them so lasting change becomes possible.
BREATH WORK – Simple, gentle breathing patterns that settle the nervous system, restore energy and make the body more receptive to healing. Breathwork is never forced and is always adapted to you.
REIKI & CHAKRA HEALING – A calm, restorative energy practice that supports relaxation, emotional balance and a deeper sense of connection between body and mind.
