My motivation to become a coach is a personal one. I had coaching after therapy to help me accept the fact that that I was childless not by choice.

Therapy help me understand my situation and my emotions, coaching helped me lay the stepping stones down which helped me to move forward step by step at a pace that was manageable for me.

My journey has been a tough one as all journeys are, but I have learned a lot about myself, found what works for me and built myself back up with the help of brilliant people and manageable goals that led to little wins.
