The School of Depth Kinesiology provides professional practitioner training in Depth Kinesiology, an integrative approach to kinesiology that explores the deeper patterns underlying a person’s experience.
Founded by Emma Nicolls, the school brings together kinesiology, emotional and developmental understanding, nervous system awareness, the meridian system and influences from depth psychology.
The two year Practitioner Training Programme is designed to develop confident, thoughtful and professionally responsible practitioners. Students learn accurate muscle testing alongside the Depth Kinesiology process, exploring areas including emotional patterns, core beliefs, ancestral influences, archetypal survival patterns and the emotional psychology of the meridians.
Training combines face to face teaching with practical experience, case studies, practitioner development and clinical supervision, allowing knowledge and confidence to develop gradually over time.
At the heart of the school is the belief that becoming a practitioner is about more than learning techniques. It is about learning to listen, observe, ask better questions, remain curious and understand the person behind the presenting issue.
