Dr. Reham’s Holistic Academy is an online professional training institution specialising in holistic wellness coaching. Founded by Dr. Reham Ahmed Garash, the Academy delivers Arabic-language education to practitioners across the wider Arabic-speaking world.
The teaching is built on the proprietary RBA© Protocol (Rooting, Balancing, Ascending) a three-stage framework that guides practitioners in supporting clients across the physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual dimensions of health. The curriculum integrates coaching psychology, lifestyle medicine, behaviour change science, integrative health and purpose development.
Its flagship programme, the Certified Holistic Wellness Coach™ certification, is accredited at Level 1 by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
