Originally trained and qualified as a clinical aromatherapist, Becky is now a qualified herbalist, multi discipline massage therapist, advanced reflexologist, yoga therapist and functional movement specialist. She has been teaching yoga for a decade, and is also qualified to teach QiGong, meditation, breathwork and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
She has further qualifications in Chinese nutrition therapy, Acupressure, Ayervedic principles and Energy medicine, and can create bespoke treatments according to individual needs.

Becky is also a Reiki Master Teacher (Usui System).
