Hi!👋
I’m Sharon, a qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner with a lifelong passion for music and wellbeing. My work is centred on creating deeply relaxing, restorative experiences that support nervous system regulation, reduce stress and help people reconnect with a sense of calm and balance.
Before becoming a sound therapy practitioner, I spent 31 years as a primary school teacher, specialising in music. Throughout my teaching career, and as a long-standing clarinet player in a band, I experienced first-hand the powerful impact music can have on emotional wellbeing, connection and personal growth.
Like many people navigating the pressures of midlife, I found myself approaching burnout. Discovering the therapeutic qualities of singing bowls became a turning point, offering profound relaxation and a renewed sense of balance. This personal experience inspired me to train as a sound therapy practitioner so that I could share these benefits with others.
Today, I offer bespoke sound baths and sound therapy sessions from my private home sanctuary, as well as within businesses, educational settings, caring organisations and community spaces. Every session is thoughtfully adapted to the people and environment, whether supporting staff wellbeing, community groups, carers, or individuals seeking time to rest, restore and reset.
My approach combines over three decades of experience in education with a lifelong musical background, enabling me to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where people feel safe to relax. I am passionate about helping others experience the restorative potential of sound and the lasting benefits that deep relaxation can bring to both mind and body.
