From a young age, I have been deeply passionate about alternative medicine and the remarkable ability of our bodies to heal themselves.

My path to studying reflexology was sparked by my own health struggles, including two punctured lungs, chest drainage, and nerve damage from a medical mishap, which led me to embark on a journey of self-healing.

Once I overcame those challenges and began to reconnect with myself, my passion for helping others facing similar difficulties reignited.

As a reflexologist, I stimulate foot reflexes linked to all our organs and body parts, promoting relaxation, improving circulation, reducing tension, and enhancing overall body function.

Our feet serve as the foundation of our bodies, holding valuable insights that can profoundly influence our overall well-being by reflecting the health of various body systems and indicating where we may need to focus our care.

When I am not helping clients relax in my treatment room, as a natural skincare formulator, I spend my time crafting all-natural products in my kitchen.

While my expertise lies in reflexology, I also provide separate aura and crystal healing sessions, and I am happy to create a custom package to suit your needs.
