Feeling stressed or disconnected?
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply not connected to your true self, you’re not alone. Many people sense something isn’t quite right but aren’t sure how to shift into a calmer, more grounded place. This is where my work comes in.
Through Art for Wellbeing, I offer gentle, mindful creative sessions designed to help you relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. My workshops are calm, non‑judgemental spaces where you can explore your creativity freely and without pressure.
Why Mindful Art Helps
Creative activities stimulate multiple areas of the brain — supporting memory recall, forming new neural pathways, enhancing motor skills, and easing physical and emotional tension. They also open a powerful doorway to self‑exploration, often allowing thoughts and feelings to surface naturally and meaningfully.
Small group sessions create a supportive, welcoming environment where you can meet new people, share experiences, and feel part of a nurturing community.

About Me
Art and colour have been part of my life since childhood — a natural language for expressing, exploring, and healing. I’ve always believed the creative process matters far more than the final outcome. It’s a journey of self‑discovery, not just the creation of something to hang on a wall.
My work blends colour therapy, chakra awareness, and art therapy principles to support emotional wellbeing in gentle, meaningful ways. Nature is a constant inspiration for me — from peaceful moments in local parks to the vibrant colours of my garden throughout spring and summer.
After many years juggling family life with a demanding career, I felt the impact on my own wellbeing. That realisation led me to reshape my path and create Aura Spectra, a space dedicated to mindful art and emotional support.
As a parent of two teenagers, I understand the pressures young people face — especially around school and exam stress. Mindful art offers them a safe, calming way to release tension, soothe anxiety, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies.
