About Me
I'm Jayne Clayton, founder of Menopause Well, a menopause awareness speaker and qualified life coach passionate about creating meaningful change in how perimenopause and menopause are understood and supported.
Combining professional expertise with lived experience, I work with organisations to create more compassionate, informed and inclusive workplace cultures, where conversations about menopause become a natural part of everyday life rather than something surrounded by silence or stigma.
My approach is warm, engaging, practical and inclusive of all genders. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding, grows through conversation and becomes lasting through action.
Understand → Talk → Act | Workplace Menopause Awareness Programme
At the heart of Menopause Well is my signature Understand → Talk → Act programme, an interactive 60-minute workplace awareness session designed for employees, managers and leaders of all genders.
The programme focuses on three essential areas:
UNDERSTAND – Building awareness of perimenopause and menopause, their potential physical and emotional impacts, and how these experiences can affect individuals in the workplace.
TALK – Encouraging open, respectful and supportive conversations, reducing stigma and helping people feel more confident discussing menopause.
ACT – Exploring practical steps that individuals, colleagues and organisations can take to create more supportive, menopause-inclusive workplaces.
My aim is not simply to raise awareness, but to inspire positive action and help organisations create meaningful, sustainable cultural change.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person and tailored to organisational needs.

My Philosophy
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, valued and supported, particularly during significant life transitions.
Menopause should never be a taboo subject or a conversation that only women are expected to have.
By creating understanding, encouraging open dialogue and taking practical action, we can create a domino effect of positive change across workplaces and communities.
My mission is simple: to help people and organisations move beyond awareness and towards genuine understanding, inclusion and support.
Because we're here to thrive, not just survive.
