Caroline combines her passion for
Qi Gong & acupressure with her life experiences as a former CEO, a mum and an energy-work practitioner.

“Some of my clients come primarily to relieve stress, improve immunity & health, relax and feel uplifted. Others have specific conditions, such as migraine, asthma, back pain, neck pain, jaw pain/TMJ, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue/ME, post cancer-related symptoms, menstruation pain, menopause and more. The lovely thing about qigong & acupressure is that I see such a difference in people, because the breathing, point massage and movements are so uplifting and revitalising.” Dame Caroline
