Lea is an award-winning cosmetologist, clinical formulator, advanced aesthetic practitioner, and international training director specialising in structured non-invasive clinical integration and longevity-led skin health.
With three decades of experience in advanced aesthetics, Lea is recognised for bridging therapeutic tradition with emerging bio-technological modalities. Since 1997, she has focused on the clinical integration of light-based systems, infrared technologies, lymphatic optimisation, microcurrent modulation, and structural remodelling frameworks — creating programme-led, non-surgical pathways grounded in physiological integrity and long-term outcomes.
Her work is defined by forensic consultation standards, cellular-level understanding, and structured clinical integration; hence, each protocol is developed to support skin health, metabolic adaptation, and aesthetic refinement within clearly defined scope-of-practice parameters.
In 2025, Lea was honoured with The Roberta MacMillan FCMA Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of her sustained contribution to practitioner education, clinical standards, and innovation within complementary and integrative aesthetics.
Lea is a sought-after international guest speaker and contributes to global dermatology and aesthetic forums, including participation within the Dubai Derma platform — recognised internationally as a leading dermatology and skin health congress with over 25 years of industry legacy. Her speaking engagements focus on non-invasive clinical integration, GLP-1 aesthetic adaptation, structured practitioner pathways, and future-facing standards within the evolving aesthetics landscape.
She became a Fellow of The Complementary Medical Association (FCMA) in 2017 and has held advanced accreditations in skincare formulation and clinical aesthetic technologies since 2004. In 2011, she was among the first practitioner in Europe to introduce DNA testing into aesthetic and cosmetic clinical environments, reinforcing her commitment to personalised, evidence-informed pathways.
As Clinical Director of G-Labs, Lea develops structured non-invasive programmes supporting clients experiencing acute, chronic, and transitional physiological change — including structural ageing and GLP-1-related metabolic adaptation.
She currently serves as Strategic Partner to VIP Italia for the GLP-1 Global Excellence Practitioner Upgrade Programmes, leading structured integration frameworks supporting device utilisation, clinical standardisation, and practitioner revenue modelling within the GLP-1 era.
Beyond aesthetics, Lea’s background includes advisory work within the UK public sector on inclusive skincare standards across ethnic, religious, and gender considerations, alongside formal training in counselling and adult education to support ethical practitioner engagement.
