12. Membership Terms
We pride ourselves, here at The CMA, on being highly responsive to and supportive of all our Members. We are contactable using the details above, should you have any questions, compliments or complaints. We ask that in the first instance of any query you contact us at our email address and we will attend to the matter immediately within one working day (please understand that we would take longer to get back to you during holiday times – such as our annual Christmas break, where we will respond upon our return). Please note that we will only entertain Membership refund requests after three months of Membership and only then when requested via our [email protected] email address. Any Member who raises a chargeback request via our payment processors, Stripe, will be liable for any fees we incur – if you have not raised a refund request with us first by email.
