With many years of personal meditation and mindfulness practice, I have spent the past years studying a variety of mindfulness and wellness methods in order to be able to create the best programs for my clients.
I spent many years incorporating aspects of mindfulness and meditation in travel, which is one of my many passions in life. While working with shamans in South America, traversing stone circles in the United Kingdom, visiting amazing temples in Asia, and meditating in sacred places all over the world, I came to realize that my desire to be more connected and grounded was leading me towards a new career path.
Along with travel, I love to be outside, be active, cook (and, of course, eat), try new things, read, go on adventures, drink wine and be with people that I enjoy.
My learning continues and I am always adding to my skills and knowledge.
